FSX crashed every time

My FSX crashed always with this aircraft.

but this one is "fixed" by reinstal Simconnect

MSVCR80.dll is not ours module, it's a Microsoft's library. If you are having such issues (broken SimConnect, MSVCR80.dll), then it's highly probable that there is something wrong with your FSX or Windows installation.

No.
When I bought this plane FS crashed due to SimConnect.
After reading your FAQ I resinstall SimConnect.

Now I have problem with MSVCR80. I resinstall also Microsoft Visual C++ redist 2005

I don't have any problems with another airplane...
