Anybody not seeing your pilot/passengers?

I cannot see any persons selected as pilot or passenger? I uninstalled and re-downloaded and re-installed. She flies beautifully but shows no souls visibly on board. I did not see any option on shift3 panel to toggle visibility for them, only for their sunglasses and headset. Shift4 panel lets me "select them" but thy do not appear. I can see crew in other aircraft I load. Am I missing something obvious?
I have not seen anyone else mention this as a problem. Thanks for any ideas......

I assume you are speaking of not seeing passengers in the external model?

Make sure you have either SP2 or Acceleration installed. Also, check that advanced animations are enabled.

Thanks for the speedy reply Scott! I was not able to check back last night. I did not have advanced antimations checked. thanks for the link to check also. I was OK on the rest. Awesome airplane!
