Re- Download lost C172 Trainer

Hi, Maybe you guy's can help please.
Purchased the C172 Trainer way back, unfortunately I lost most of my programs due to a computer crash, ( know I should have backed up)
Purchased download from A2A AccuSim via PayPal, still have Transaction ID, but unfortunately lost pass word for old store, I have re registered but no idea how to retrieve, to download again, if that makes sense, any ideas would be greatly appreciated as its a great plane.
