I lost my Cessna 172R due to hard drive replacement. How can I re-install (download) the ZIP file for it from A2A Simulation. I do not have the original ZIP either as it was lost during the hard drive replacement.

Hello Bernie,
Assuming you originally purchased direct from A2A, you can follow the instructions here to transfer your account to our new store. (You'll need to create an account on the new store beforehand, and supply the email address you used for your account on the old store.) This is a manual transfer process so may take a day or two.
In them meantime, you can continue re-download your copy of the 172 from the legacy store as mentioned in the linked post.

My purchase receipt is from A2A. The receipt number is 124134. I have created a new account at A2A and check the CART folder but I cannot find the old purchase for the aircraft there. I tried to get a d/l ZIP file but it is asking $49 for the ZIP file.

Did you fill out the short Google form on the post I linked above? This is necessary to transfer your old account purchases to your account on the new store. The transfer process is manual so it may take a day or two.
