Hi guys,I have been having a little problem here while using the trim tab in the a2a Cessna 172R.When I take off the plane immediately starts a rapid climb and the trim takes forever to respond.Ive just installed the new update, which started this problem and I’ve never had it before.Would anyone know how I could fix this problem as I find it difficult to fly
Many thanks

Trim tab
Hello and welcome to the forums,
In addition to what Nick replied to your other post, let’s focus on the possible root cause of your experiencing a rapid climb after take off:
- Take off trim set as per the checklist?
- How is the aircraft loaded (weight and balance-wise)?
- Hardware calibration OK?
- Maintenance hangar checked?
Viele Grüße | Best regards,
Oliver

Re: Trim tab
Hello,
are you trying to fly the plane with trim?
You should be flying the plane with yoke first and foremost and trim as the secondary flight control. A 172R will jump of the runway and want to climb, you will need to apply yoke pressure to fly the aircraft so it doesn't fly you.
thanks,
Lewis
