Persistent Aircraft with 2 or more liveries

Post by Phil_Shaw »

New user of this fantastic aircraft, but I have a 2 aircraft paint jobs one US and one UK, is it possible to separate the history of each aircraft, so the hours logged maintenance state etc. are saved separately for each aircraft?

Thanks in advance.

phil.

Hello,

if you manually move the .dat files you can do this yes.

Location example for the dat files;

\Documents\A2A\FSX\Cessna172

Thank you Thomas and Lewis, I was thinking that the AC must have a config file with the data stored, The batch file looks really good I will give that a go!

it takes me back to the old DOS days editing .bat files and config.sys and autoexec.bat! if any one else remembers that long ago??

Anyhow thank for your help.

Phil.
