Yes, I'm pleased to say that FSS has now updated its download. The issue was that the file names haven't changed, but the content apparently has.

As for PC Aviator I just heard from Robert Ferraro that it is being updated today and should be available in the afternoon. It says 3pm and I'm guessing that is Eastern time.
