Where do I find the Upgrade for Prepar3d V4

Hi, I saw a thread that said the upgrade for the c172 trainer for prepar3d v4 was at the store. I went into my orders and downloaded the last download I had available. I installed but prepar3d v4 does not recognize the c172 trainer. My question is was that the correct place to get the upgrade and if it is is thers anyway to get additional downloads?

I just activated the downloads for you. If you download the P3D Accu-sim C172 Trainer, inside the zip you will find a P3Dv4 installer.

Further to the OP's question, I purchased my C172 Trainer from Flightsimstore and they are still only offering the P3D 2.0 version for download. I have already asked support when they expect to be changing to the new P3D v4 version, two days ago, but they haven't bothered to respond. Can you possibly help at this end or maybe give FSS a polite nudge? Thanks.
