Saitek rudder pedals are moving saitek yoke

When I apply the right rudder brake the yoke ailerons move left and right. when I apply the left brake the yoke moves in and out.

You will need to map your controls using the simulator control panels and/or the configurator tool.

Go into the settings for the sim and select controllers. Check each one you have separately in the axis section. Make absolutely sure your axis assignments are all correct for each controller and that the sim hasn't double assigned an axis.
This is usually the issue when a controller does something other than what you want it to do.
