C172 Trainer Commercial

Could you tell me what is the difference version of the C172 Trainer (P3D) (commercial from non-commercial)? Is there a difference in the flight model in versions?
Can I use commercial C172 Trainer in flight simulator Cessna 172? in what way the data were collected for the construction of the flight model? Is there any supporting documentation?

the commercial product is for commercial use, if interested in purchasing the commercial product please PM me here on the forums.

There is no flight model changes between the simulation for the desktop simmer and the one licensed out for the non and certified simulations.
