GTN 650 or 750

I am using the mindstar 430/530 now and having too many issues with it, like missing waypoints even though I bought the latest Nav Data Pro subscription. The 530 also causes P3D to intermittently crash when flying the C 172, the 430 doesn't. My question is, if I uninstall the 430/530, can I easily install the 650 or 750 into the C 172 panel with the configurator?

Thanks, bought the GTN 650 last night and already have it up and running in the C 172. Looks great and much better than the Mindstar unit.
