Can't get download link for previous purchase

I purchased the C 172 on May 4, 2015. On the receipt I was emailed there is a download link for that aircraft, but when I click on the link it talks me to the Cherokee download, which I already have installed. There is no record of me purchasing the C 172, even though I have it installed in P3D V2.5 and just want to download it and reinstall in P3D V3. How can I get the correct link. My order number is 99566

I am totally confused by what the A2A site has done when I purchased the C 172. It used the email address from my Paypal account, which I never use, and apparently access to downloads is from that account, but I can't seem to sign into that account. The second issue, is I cannot see how to send you a private email. I sent an email to [email protected] this morning, but I guess that didn't go through either.

the account will have been created due to not being logged into your account prior to the purchase so paypal automatically assigns the email for the account creation.

Can you use the forgotten password system to get a password for you to log onto your new account on the store.

OK, I figured out which account to log into and downloading now.. Thanks.

If you want to access the order mentioned it will be the one tied to the same address as your paypal account.
