My comment is; Nice.
I have no idea what you have done and probably would not understand it if I was told.

I like! Taking the glare off of the glass makes the gauges easier to read. Thumbs Up from me!

Re: Messing with gauge lighting
Ah, but I haven't touched the glass on the gauges, just the lighting. Going to mess around with a few other spots to see what I can get out of it, then package up an optional package for those that might want it.
Re: Messing with gauge lighting
Very nice. Look forward to the option.
Re: Messing with gauge lighting
This is looking good, I'd love to try that mod once it's finished. In fact, panel night lighting is my only real complaint with the 172. Are you planning to tinker with the glareshield lightmap as well?

I've got one of the glareshield light that looks better with different overlays, but I will see if I can make the stock one look a bit better

Hello,
How do I know if this light work (not saying it is light weight) has been done?
Is there a site I should check or would a notice appear on this forum?
I have just never worked out what to do before, I have seen all these re-paints etc, but never followed how to install them.

edit: with the upcoming update with proposed avionics options, I will wait a bit until the update is released so all new textures for optional avionics are available before wrapping this lighting package up

How is the messing going, sir.

Re: Messing with gauge lighting
Hey guys, sorry for the long delay, got involved with what turned out to be a very ungrateful developer in trying to help a project along (enough said as I don't like to bash devs that are trying) and a small computer melt down, but I will get back on this project and others in short order. I have learned my lesson and will keep my work to A2A products in a community where they are appreciated. Thanks for the patience and I will get these out soon.
