could not change ALL radio frequency with mouse wheel

I know it sounds odd.

I have using C172 for few weeks. and seems ok, until tonight
I noted that I could not use the mouse wheel to change the frequency (the mouse icon has turn to a hand from an arrow, so i know the mouse and computer is respinding) in fact, the frequency is responding when I use to mouse arrow to "turn" the knob. but it simply just not responding to the mouse wheel.

So at this moment I could not use the radio at all.
It does work before. I have no idea what has causing it.

I have install a Saitek flying yoke and its driver for the game. Not sure if it affect it.

I have install the latest update from your website with no good for this issue.

I will try to uninstall and re-install the C172 to see if it help.

Any recommendation?
