Yes, prop wash over the rudder is modeled along with flaps. However, there is one more aspect we plan on moving out of FSX into Accu-Sim. It's in the early stages of development. Scott.

I'll never forget the first time I moved the stick back and forth in the A2A J-3 and felt the plane pitch over slightly just from the idle prop wash... That was a real 'chills down my spine' moment. Go Accu-Sim!
