Hi, I recently purchased the P3D extension to the C172 Trainer, but no download link is appearing in my account.

For some reason, the order is still showing as Pending, even though I purchased the P3D extension over 3 weeks ago on June 30th?

Please can you look into this as soon as possible.

Did the payment go through? This is normally caused by an error at checkout.

Yes, the payment of $49.99 went through on 30th June for the P3D version and then a partial rebate of $30 a few days later as I had also recently purchased the FSX version.

I can confirm that both the payment and the partial rebate are showing on my credit card statement.

It seems that since the rebate was applied, the order has reverted to Pending status and the download link has disappeared.
