Extra values in the Controls (SHIFT+3) Window

I looked at the manual, and I could not find a reference to this value.

Below "VOLUME", there is a "- 0 +", and I do not understand its function. I can click on the "+" to increase the value or the "-" to decrease the value.

Its the simulated controls stiffness, the more you set, the less sensitive the controls will be at higher speeds, it was added becouse not everybody could manage the sensitivity of the controls at those speeds and fly the aircraft smoothly.

Personally i don't use it ( set to 0 ) becouse i like to have full motion of the controls at my disposal.
