Sirs: I am sending you a screen shot of my panel and radio stack so you can see what is wrong, I have this problem since I purchased the aircraft on sept. 6th I would appraciate your help in this matter. I redownloaded the file and installed it yesterday.

Andre, in your FSX settings, be sure to enable "detailed VC". This should correct your issue.
