Hi,
I've got pretty much all the contemporary sims il2 bos, bom, cliffs of dover and DCS. None of them deliver an immersive ww2 SP experience. Is it worth getting this sim for it?
I mean it's 2016, graphics look a bit dated, but is the gameplay good?
many thanks

So as a decade of testimonials haven't yet convinced
you that this sim has the most lifelike AI that can be
had anywhere until memristor based deep neural net
machines become available, what could we say now
to make a difference?
Before getting BoB2 + v2.13, have a look at the 2.13
installation notes, to see if you can run it:

Yes! Yes! Yes! Go for it, brilliant SP campaign with the patches.
IL2 CLoD is graphically much better and a very realistic flight simulator (really makes me feel like I'm in a Spitfire cockpit, and when the next Team Fusion mod comes out with Oculus Rift support it should be amazing), but BOB2 is best for an all-round immersive SP campaign experience.
