SPC Help

Hi, I'm new to this forum, so bear with me.

I recently bought BOBII and I've really been enjoying the instant action missions. I want to get into the dynamic day by day campaign, but I can only get a commander campaign. When setting up the campaign, there is no option for choosing a pilot campaign. Clicking the word "commander" doesn't do anything. Please help as I am eager to fly in this great simulation.
