I have installed the BOF addon and the two patches over my BOBII_2.11_multiskin install and IT WORKS like a bomb. My bf110 textures are still missing and I have disabled the multiskin function for the bf110 as suggested (but that's another problem).

Thanks for the work!

UR welcome! As we are in June, I'm flying some BoF stuff tonight myself. Always good for the immersion...

Hi!

Every time I try to download the installer I receive the same message:

This file can not be downloaded at this time. The file # has reached its download limit

I tried it out in different hours, and nothing. How can I solve it? Thankyou

the installer is being redone to be compatible with patch 2.11 as there are a wee bit of problems with the new patch.

patience, it will be worth it.

Hi D'Ace (and anyone else willing to try)

I have updated the Battle of France installation file and if you don't mind, I would appreciate if you could test for me? It works on my machine with version 2.11.

You can get it from the normal link

http://drop.io/BOBII_BOF

One file should give you the BoF missions, and the other should RESTORE your default missions.

If this works for you, I will update the main thread.

Cheers

Heiny

(If you wish to play safe, please back up your BFIELDS and OBJECTADDS folders before you start playing with these files. Then if anything goes wrong you can just delete the new versions of these folders and copy the originals back into your BOBII directory. This would save you a complete reinstall.)

You mean the whirlybird pack? yes, I have updated the bof installer and the RESTORE program in that package too, so I hope both the BoF stand alone download, and the bigger Whirlybird Mission Megapack, now are both 2.11 compatible.

Actually the install progrs for other packs don't need modification. the problem with battle of france is that the old install prog included code updates to the BOB.exe and BOB.pdb files, and some aircraft model and multiskin files which have since been superseded by the 2.11 patch.

The other mission packs all just use edits to the instant missions files which aren't, or shouldn't be, effected by the update to 2.11.

But that is why I need someone other than me to test!!

I have just tested BOF with your new Installer and Restore Exes, and having played a couple of the BOF dogfights,i didn't have a problem like i used to,
they played without a hitch,so i then used the Restore EXE. I had no problem going back to BOB default and playing a couple of IAs,so all in all everything looks fine with your BOF UPDATES,damn fine job, well done.

When you speak about the other pack of missions, you mean "Instant Action Mega Pack" don't you?
