Thank you Mickvet. :) I'm doing some final tweaking and need to create a fartiles bin file before I release it on subs modifications. I boosted the contrast on all civilian building textures to make them more vibrant and need to work on the tree textures, make them a fraction lighter.

THE FOLLOWING TERRAINS WERE COLOURED FOR USE WITHOUT SHADERS OR WITH BASIC RESHADE, JUST FXAA,CURVES AND GAUSIAN BLUR. Still need to create a fartiles bin for these terrains.

NO SHADER

:) Well done ,almost cinematic .I do find some of the greens rather vibrant for my taste ,maybe a bit more subdued .Great work :)

:) Thanks Trumper, the vibrant greens are my personal preference for now. Vibrance can be controlled with reshade or sweetfx shaders.

I placed a lot of new fields and new field colours on the edges of the textures without realizing they could affect the tiling when the same texture image is placed side by side in a region, so I'm busy cleaning this up at the moment.

I added a bit of contrast to the spit skin and this is the result:

BEFORE

AFTER , No sweetfx or reshade used, just plain stock.

I've just finished work on this terrain texture, just needs a fartiles.bin file

Those WOTR screenies and Trumper's suggestion gave me a nudge in the right direction. I've reduced saturation on my latest experiment.

Much better. Always thought the terrain colors looked too washed out. Now they look alive.

NO EXTERNAL SHADERS ARE USED FOR THIS TERRAIN SET. I WOULD RECOMMEND STILL USING FXAA. I DISABLED MULTISKIN AND ADDED CONTRAST TO THE DEFAULT SPIT SKIN WHICH YOU SEE HERE. I THINK I'M PRETTY MUCH DONE WITH THIS TERRAIN NOW.

I've added contrast to MOST buildings but still need to work on the multi-skin textures.

Interesting. When testing the stock terrain I noticed that tile 17 is rarely used. If preferred it could be swapped with tile 6 particularly if the farm buildings were retained from the original tile. I’ll be posting some colour editing templates for the spitfire skins shortly.
